Beech Island Fire Department
has a bright future ahead.
Plans for a new headquarters
are under way. Phase one is
currently under construction. It
includes three brand new bays
for the fire trucks and much
needed storage space. Phase
two of the project will see a
complete restoration of the
current headquarters to provide
office space for the Board of
Directors, Chief, and all
administrative staff. It will
house a classroom that will
help train the firefighters.
